CLASSES WE HAVE TO OFFER
There are 5 different color coordinated categories the classes have been divided into according to their goals: blue, green, yellow, red and orange. This is to simplify finding the right class to suit your needs.

Color coded blue. Main focus on training different muscle groups. Suitable for everyone.
MIND AND BODY
Color coded green. Easy paced, good for recovery, relaxation and refreshing your spirit. Suitable for everyone.
Color coded yellow. Usually low intensity classes with simple step combinations. Perfect for beginners or intermediates
for a low to medium heart rate trainings.
Color coded orange. Includes different combination of steps and choreographed dance routines, gives you an
effective workout and a great feeling on top of that. Perfect for dance lovers, suitable for all.
