TRAINERS

SIIM SAVISAAR

ABOUT ME
I practiced different sports throughout my school years—I went swimming and attended the gym for a longer period. I made my first steps in the field of personal training already in school, where I also developed a strong interest in sports medicine and biochemistry. Since 2009 I have been competing in classic bodybuilding and won the Absolute Champion title in Estonia and the Baltic States and also received the seventh place at the European Championship.

EDUCATION
I graduated with a degree in physiotherapy from the University of Tartu and have been working at Põlva Hospital as a physiotherapist for the past few years. I have taken different courses in physiotherapy, sports physiotherapy and manual therapy as well as a Precision Nutrition course for furthering my education.

MARGIT LAEV

ABOUT ME
Dance and sports have accompanied me my whole life. I started instructing kids’ dance lessons already in high school and training groups in Tartu in 2005. EDUCATION
Senior trainer, EKR (Estonian Qualifications Framework) level 6 (aerobics and group trainings); deepWork® international trainer licence since 2015. Graduated from the University of Tartu Faculty of Exercise and Sport Sciences with a master’s in Athletic Training and Sports Management in 2010. Consistently attends different trainings courses in Estonia and abroad.

WORDS OF WISDOM
Training can be consistent only if you find the workout that suits you. Which is why you should not be afraid to try, people are different—some like to sweat together with others, some like to do it alone, for example in the gym. It is important to find the way of movement right for you, do it constantly and with the right load. That will help you see and feel the results and achieve your goals. If you need help, feel free to come and ask for advice!
PERSONAL STRENGTH TRAINING (mostly outside the gym), CORE TRAINING.
